It’s FriYAY!  Fall has officially arrived!  Although I’m a warm weather girl, I have to admit that I’m looking forward to cooler temperatures, chunky sweaters, pumpkin spice lattes and boots!  There are so many styles of boots to choose from so I’ve put together a round-up of the styles I’m excited to wear this season.  These can be paired with so many different looks… dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans.  No fall wardrobe is complete without a couple pairs of boots to help you welcome the cooler temperatures.

Happy Monday!  Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!  I can’t wait until the weather starts to cool down a bit so I can start wearing ponchos again this season!  They are so comfy and cozy, and look very boho-chic.  I am loving everything about this one from Revolve!  The button front closure allows it to be worn two different ways; off the shoulder or belted, as seen here.  The soft neutral colors go great with any color denim…black, white or grey.  These black beaded tassel earrings are bold, fun and definitely make a statement.  BaubleBar has an array of colors to choose from here.  I like having neutral colors in my wardrobe because they can be paired with multiply looks.  I am especially loving these Steve Madden sandals.  The block heel adds a modern touch and the color can be worn with just about any outfit.  Blush is another neutral color that I love to incorporate into my looks, and this clutch is chic and the perfect accessory.  I am also liking this one and this one.  I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but I do like to add some color on my eyes and this Urban Decay eye shadow palette has the perfect shades of neutrals that look great on anyone.  I usually stick to a very nude nail polish, but I am really liking this Jazz color from Essie.  It’s a neutral creamy beige-taupe shade, perfect for fall!  Have a great week and don’t let those Monday blues get you down!

Hi everyone!  I hope you all had a lovely holiday!  It’s that time of year where there’s an evening chill in the air that tells me fall is approaching.  The change in season is sure to bring finicky weather which can make it tricky for choosing what to wear.  The key to making the seasonal switch seamless is to incorporate styles from both summer and fall, so don’t pack away your summer pieces just yet!  Transitioning your summer wardrobe into fall is a huge plus because you don’t need to buy a whole new wardrobe.  With some artful layering you can take your summer favorites right into fall.  One of my favorite things I wore this summer was a romper, and it’s a great transition piece.  Add your favorite jacket, vest or blazer, and trade out your summer sandals for booties.  Pairing your warm-weather favorites with these fall staples is sure to make the transition a lot easier.  It’s also an opportunity to mix and match so many different things in your closet.  And don’t forget to accessorize with your favorite jewelry and handbag to complete the look.
